Diario de micami, 08 feb. 09

Im sick. Its official. I went off the diet, and didint get back on today. I had to have some homemade chicken soup. Im not sure what I am sick with though. But I am feeling a little better and hope to get back to the gym very soon. Im not liking this sitting around thing. I want to get up and move move move

Hope you are feeling better! The Wii Fit is a board that you purchase for the Wii and it has yoga, aerobics and strength training on it...along with some fun games that is exercise, but doesn't really seem like it. You should check it out if you can! Keep up the good work, I know you can do it!
