Well it's time to get serious again. Lost 25 lbs, kept it off through the holidays and enjoyed myself within reasonable limits: wine, past, desserts. But it is time to get rid of the next 10 lbs. This is going to be tough, this weight has been here for at least 15 years but I am going to kick it to the curb! Using the Wii EA Sports 2, at first thought the workouts were a little to mild but increasing in intensity and duration each week, and seeing results. Put on an old dress from 8 years ago and it looks better now than it did then!!! Woohoo. Cannot wait to catch up with everyone.
