Diario de skinnygirl130, 17 ene. 11

This morning I got up early an did some zumba and my hula hoop and this evening I did my second fit test to Insanity. Even tho I only did three out of the six workouts for each of the last two weeks I was still able to beat my last fit test results!!! I was pleased about that. I have been trying to find time to get in all six but some days it just won't happen and I am ok with that. I am doing my best. Did not eat the best today but I will try tomorrow to do better.
Two of my kids were sick today with diarrhea and throwing up:( My poor little babies, so to the doctor we go in the morning.
Hope everyone had a great weekend and start to the week.

Wow skinny, you are going straight down on that chart. No need to push yourself to the max each time. Try to keep it sustainable, that is the mistake I often make anyway. Keep up the good work!

your right. I tend to get very wrapped up in a diet and then get upset and stressed when I don't get anywhere. this time I feel different. I am going to try for 2 out of the 3 each day but not stress if I can't get to it. Yesterday I just happen to be able to get ask three in but I only did 20 min each. very good advice info, thanks for the encouragement!

Hope your kiddos feel better. How is Insanity? Do you know if it is harder than P90X?

I have a friend that is going to give me a copy of the p90x so I will soon find out how hard it is. I think from what I can tell that Insanity is more cadio and p90x is more strength training. Cardio for me is a lot harder than strength. The p90x has longer workouts than Insanity

Yeah, the P90X workouts are around an hour, I think. My husband bought P90X two years ago and starts it, but quits after about two weeks. I think it looks like torture!, so I was wondering about Insanity. I can squeeze 20-30 minutes of a hard workout in each day, but 60 minutes is pushing it. I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shread. It is fine, but starting to get old.

insanity stats with 25 to 40 min the first month than goes to about an hour the second month. it is hard work
