Day 2 on Nutrisystem. I had a false start on Friday and restarted on Saturday. I went shopping today and bought veggies, dairy, and protein. It is hard to shop for low calorie items dairy, when the packaging in many items are misleading. They say low fat and fat free, but in some instances are the same calories as the regular food (instant oatmeal) Back to work tomorrow. I have already looked at my nutrisystem guide book and packed lunch, so it will be harder to snack on more food at home when I am hungry.
