I'm getting so frustrated that after 2 weeks my clothes seem more tight than they did before.

I'm so very sad and stressed, I'm trying not to let it get in the way of my diet, but the temptation is there more and more to give up. It's so tough.

Hey Historycat, I'm sorry you're not feeling the results. Why don't you go back and look at what you've been eating over the last two weeks to see if there is a change in your diet. Have you been eating more fatty greasy things, or a lot more dairy, or been having dessert with every dinner? See if you can spot a pattern. Maybe the diet you're on isn't working for you, or you're not getting enough exercise. Try putting everything physical you do in your exercise diary (sleeping, driving, workouts, etc) and see if you're burning off what you eat- you could be eating too much. If you restarted your diet at the beginning of this challenge remember that week 2&3 we may not always see the results we want because our bodies are adjusting. Anyone who has watched the Biggest Loser knows that those people work out 6-8 hours a day and are watching what they eat carefully and sometimes they GAIN on week 2. They have professional trainers and a whole medical staff and they can't figure out how to prevent that on during the beginning! Keep updating and don't give up!!!!
