Carb loaded at lunch today to see if it makes a difference with my run tonight. I've noticed energy levels flagging earlier than usual on my last two runs. If this seems to make a difference, I'll shift around some things with my meals.

I'll also need to update my RDI based upon increased activity (now running 5 times a week instead of my initial configuration based upon a very light activity level).
