The number on the scale is the same so I am not recording because I like to see that update on how long it will take to reach my goal.


I went to an ALL YOU CAN EAT place for the first time since October.I ate more than I needed but it was all good and didn't over stuff.I had a nice salad,small plate of veggies and fish. Nothing fried or breaded or bread.Then I had 2 small pieces of steak and a couple chunks of melon.I stayed completely away from the HUGE dessert table.Bread pudding used to be my thing.I am really proud of myself control.I have been avoiding those cheaper buffet places because I used to take ALL YOU CAN EAT as a personal challenge.

I cleaned out my closet.Got rid of all my size 16 and 18.I only have size 14 and one 12.Tops are all xl instead of xxl.I have had to get smaller bras but even when my belly is flat I wont be able to see my feet,if you know what I mean.So I probably will never go below large.Thats what happens when you nurse four babies.

Grandson just woke up so I gotta go.Happy Wednesday!!!!
