The secret of losing 16.4 lbs in a month that I made my goal for 1200 cal a day, also I’m planing ahead for my food for example breakfast is not more than 300 cal, lunch is around 450 to 500 cal, and the rest for dinner. It was really hard at the beginning but after the second week I felt this food program is like a part of my daily system.
If you are planning to loss wight I recommend you to do the same. If you feel hungry just drink as much of water as possible.
