Diario de Debbie Cousins, 01 feb. 21

I've decided to go back to Low Calorie on Wednesday (or maybe tomorrow). Wednesday will be one week on Keto (and one week basically without any vegetables, except my beloved spaghetti squash with butter!) My grandson (5) is coming over Wednesday morning, and I'm switching kids when my grand daughter (10) gets out of school and having her spend the night. My grand daughter LOVES smoothies and her favorite recipe makes TWO of them, so I'll probably indulge.

I've also missed that great "2-Meat 4-Bean Chili" I made in the Instant Pot a couple of weeks ago. Definitely going to make that when I get off Keto. It has 21 Net Carbs in a cup of it, because of the beans and the tomato-based products, so its a no go on Keto. I'm hoping that I'll lose another 1/2 to 1 pound tomorrow morning. I'm going to strive for between 1,400 and 1,600 calories a day and see if I can lose on that. It will be trial and (hopefully NOT) error!
