The scale is finally catching up with how I feel! Down another 3.5 lbs. this week!
I definitely uped the veggies and it surely made a difference!
BIG victory this week: I bought new slacks for work on Wednesday evening - I'm already down a pants size!!!
After week four, I've lost a total of 11.5 lbs. With 112 lbs. to lose, I have 100.5 lbs. to go!
I've lost right at 10% of the weight I have to lose! Hooray! Thanks for all the support, fellow FS-ers!
