I deserve another dq shake....

Happy 😃 happy Wednesday....

Just got done in zwift..doing box in London...thought it would never end...when I first seen it was London course...my first thought was the London flats....then I though...you had a day off...make the most of it....I did...10.09 miles...623 feet elevation...67 min ride....

42....and wind from the north yesterday...they calling for 1-3 inches of snow today...no snow sounds better...but you take what comes...

Tummy is rumbling ...even though I gave into energy waffles today as I was climbing that hill....

I watched a show on prime called imposters yesterday....about different people that had pulled off crimes by changing their looks....watching more prime..less reruns on tv....

Welp....I see a nap in my future today for sure...lol....

Positive energy and thoughts to all....
