Feeling really good after three days of healthy eating. My knees aren't bothering me and the bloating has subsided. I'm getting to bed around the same time each night to avoid the late night snacking and just today I added some exercise. I took the dogs for a walk and than walked myself afterwards. It felt good to move in the brisk, sunny winter weather. Look forward to my first weigh in on Friday.
