Woot! Broke back into the 260's! :D Finally! *Does happy dance* ^.^ So far a good start to the morning.
Got through 9 mins of the 30 day shred program yesterday too, would have kept going, but I was having issues catching my breath. Dealing with sinus problems right now, it's the weather changes that trigger it, not sure why, but I always get congestion and start coughing up ick when a new front comes through. Even my ears get stopped up. Even with the little bit of that video I did, my thighs, shoulders, and upper arms are sore this morning. Quite a work out when coupled with lifting 30lb toddler throughout the day.
Tried to get out for a walk yeterday, but got held up talking to my neighbor about her rose bush, then it started sprinkling, so I decided a cup of hot tea would be better than a walk in cold rain.
Plans for today are working on laundry, and making the packing list for our trip. Just so much stuff we have to take with us. Pack-n-play, stroller, clothes for a week, double the amount of clothes for Jules. Snacks, toys, garmin. Then tomorrow will be the start of my packing.
