Woke up at 1:30am and couldn't go back to sleep. Got up and ate my daily orange, but am TRYING to wait to have breakfast until 5:30. Even with the early wake-up time, I managed to drop 1/2 pound this morning. Slowly but surely! Got in 17 cups of water again yesterday - a little over half my body weight in ounces. Cutting down on the Diet Coke but, at this time, not planning to give it up altogether. Maybe I can eventually get down to only having one can a day. I'm very emotionally attached to my Diet Coke! When I had my gastric bypass surgery (16-17 years ago), I felt like I'd lost my best friend when I couldn't drink it. Ok, better get to that water-drinking! Hope everyone has a really good day today!
