I am still very ill. Went to a walk in clinic on my lunch break yesterday and obtained an rx for antibiotics. I have not followed my diet at all during this time. There will be no weigh in today.

I called off work today as I could hardly get out of bed. I managed to put the kids on the day care bus and almost collapsed returning to my apt. I am able to move around now that I have slept a few hours, but I am forcing myself to get dressed after I have a cup of tea. We need groceries and diapers. I wish I could just stay in bed.
