Ok, a new day a new week, time to go back to work ... the work of losing weight. I read somewhere to treat it as a job, which it does feel like :) so today I go back to work, I got messed up with an evening out where I did not make good food choices... so yesterday I cut my eating way back so now today, I get myself back on track of eating right and exercising right.
