Yesterday, I went to the doctors again and they ended up removing another 2.5 liters of fluid from my abdomen equaling 3-4 pound weight loss. I talked to my doctor about eating and he told me not to do a full liquid diet, but the less I need to chew the better or else I will just put myself in pain. So if anyone has suggestions with food items like that, please share and thank you.
