What a difference a day makes! Yesterday was my first day on plan and this morning I found my toes hitting the floor at 6 a.m., which is amazing for me since lately I couldn't get motivated to be up early without an alarm and appointment to be somewhere. My knees didn't hurt and my back wasn't quite as bad either. I attribute this to several hours of hard cleaning and countless trips up and down the basement stairs. The treadmill is on the agenda today!
