January 13, 2021 Wednesday, having over eaten yesterday I cannot be surprised to see two lb gain because water retention and other factors affect weight. It might be two or four days to lose those two lbs.
Avoiding sugar, wheat products, chocolate, too much fat which includes nutS. it is also necessary to endure fasts between meals and overnight.
