Diario de weightloss0511, 22 ene. 14

Staying Motivated is harder than I thought. Expecially with depression. I have not done anything but my 30 minute cardio all week and it is killing me :( Im not going to lose what I want if I dont get off my butt and do this!
I am going to come up with a schedule so I dont get so board and tired of the same thing every day.

Time to get this together!!!

Just a comment, hope I am not overstepping: Your calorie intake seems very low. Is it sustainable? It looks like your forgoing dinner. I really believe that goal may become problematic. Food for thought.

This thing tells me i should be eating 3000 calories a day and planning out my meals everyday like i have been- i honestly cant plan for over 1800....with just changing how many calories and doing only cardio really- I have gradually lost about 1 pound every weigh in....

Are you tall? I get 1800 calories based on weight and height. I would be happy if I could eat 3000 and lose weight.
