Hi everyone nice to be back again, I'm sorry I have been in and out of Hospital since December. I ended up have a full Hysterectomy and now have an 8 week recovery period, but I have my eating back on track now. I am so glad to see you all are doing so well with your weight loss journey. Good on you Jude. Our journey always starts with the first step and you are back on that road we all have to travel. As celebrity trainer Nicky Holender says "I can and I will".

Ok 3 weeks down and moving slowly but eating all the right things so I guess that's a start.
