Sunday January 10 wt 146.6, blood sugar 107, blood pressure 114/74. Weight the same yesterday and today but after a big drop like that-- 152 on on Monday and 146 on the weekend. Eating a noon salad and small supper, fasting from from four p.m. to 8 a.m. also elps.
