January 8, 2021. Recently i decided to cut out all bread, chocolate, nuts, and 'small bites that don't count" and since then i went from 152 to 146. This morning 146.6,waist 32 inches, blood sugar 117, blood pressure 125/80, sleep 8.2 hours. My goal has always been better blood pressure and blood sugar. Since January 8,2020, i have lost from 188 to 146. 42 lbs. Some months in lost only a lb or two. Since being more stringent this week my scale went down 6 lbs. However, I was having water retention during the flurry of holiday goodies that I ate only 1/8 of a piece, etc, which at one point bounced me up almost 4 lbs. Bread is hard on my system, makes me hungrier and puts on water weight.
