I am not sure why I am so hungry. I just ate about an hour ago and I am starving. my stomach is growling and i feel shaky. I shouldnt be this hungry so soon. I don't know what to eat either . I dont want my calories to be too high for the day.

Eat some raw veggies and a an ounce of low fat cheese. :) Low cal and great fillers.

Dont know if your plan will allow it but I like to eat a handful of almonds and drink a glass of water, cup of tea or crystal light

If you feel a bit shaky, eat something that will really make you feel good; but, try to be smart and make it not only conform to SBD, but keep within reasonable limitations as far as calories are concerned. While there is no need to count calories on this diet, it's helpful to have an idea where you are during the day. You are doing an excellent job, keep it up!
