goodmorning.. in a blah mood today, not sure why I lost another pound ... had an awesome walk yesterday, beautiful weather went to the park with my son and two of his friends, while they biked and played around i Just walked... it was nice and quiet and beautiful... reflection time. :) Just kinda blah this morning. But with that being said, I am determined not to eat emotionally today, inspite of my mood I have to keep the focus on what i am doing and why.
