Hi everyone...

I'm not as cheerful as I would normally be at the beginning of a new year, but this too shall pass.

Going back to Crossfit classes again today, after being off for the holidays. Already started eating clean again from Sunday & hopefully I can shed a few kg's & cm's this year.
