Diario de thamy, 14 ene. 14

Today I seem to very hungry 1/2 after having meal. I went over my cal intake, need to plan my meals and time them. Tomorrow I'll pack one snack to eat at 3. I need to make sure I get 80 to 100 gm of protein. And make 30 min workout.
