Diario de thamy, 11 ene. 14

Need to set alarm for eating so i don't skip meals. Have to see what routine for meals I can plan when I start my student-teaching. Most make a point not to eat late and attempt to get 30 mins. exercise daily at least, as well of getting enough sleep.
