About a year ago I was at my lowest weight since I started this journey.I am now only 5 lbs. away from that magic number!I am PHSYCHED!!!!

Diet and exercise are going GREAT!!! Low carb is so easy for me.The resistance band workouts are FUN! I love the BURN!! I may never have a six pack (only light,haha) but I believe it is totally possible for me to have firmer and flatter abs!

HAPPY SATURDAY!!!! Warmer temps and clear roads.Come on Spring!

I do pat myself on the back some.I cant believe my motivation!! I am a little afraid of a back slide like I had last summer.I know how easy it is to fall off that wagon.A lot of HARD work to stay on!
