Consumed 2634 calories, burned 4188 calories. I have gotten into a habit of sleeping until noon most days. Then I am starving when I wake up. I'm glad I keep a food journal on here. When I eat more than I should, then I have to own up to it. Today, I really did eat three cups of ice cream. Unfortunately, I allowed stress to dictate my eating patterns. I'm not really sure how to deal with these people. I have to deal with one that's constantly every time they see me eating, they say, "Oh, you're still eating? Why are you still eating?" This can be two hours or more after a meal, when I've decided I want a snack or dessert. What they never think about is the fact that they are coming in there to eat. This person has proven over and over again that they don't really care about my feelings. Case in point is that one night, I spilled one bean on the stove, just one, and that made me out to be a horrible monster or something. Another family member ate 6 biscuits, and that was no big deal. It gets old.
