those damn Mc'Donald's breakfast burrito's get me everytime...still doing good. worked out for 1 hour and 20 min. brisk walk. crunches and squats for the challenge tonite!!I am going to do this...gotta keep the negative away...keep the positive. I found out something...everything needs to stay balanced. if you take away the foods u love...you WILL binge and gain everything back. I am going to stay in moderation, keep working out, watch my calories, after all...when I reach my goal weight....I will eat the foods I love...only smaller portions ;D
