Headache, Headache!

I have been dealing with some HORRIBLE headaches lately--like for the last week. I was thinking that maybe it had something to do with my sinus' because I have been a bit stuffy. I've been taking some OTC medication that has helps with sinus headache, sinus congestion and sinus pressure.
It's been working enough to make me feel a little better, but it's not helping to make feel as well as I would like. It specifically gets back at night time when I lay down. The headache intensifies and my nose immediately closes up and I cannot breathe out of my nose. And, I HATE breathing out of my mouth--I don't feel like I get enough air & it gives you bad breath! =(
Last week I even bought some of the night time sinus stuff. It seems to be doing okay, but I still haven't been sleeping all that well.
In other news, it's weigh-in day tomorrow! Hoping for a loss, but who knows at this point... I've had a few too many bad-eating days this week! I wouldn't be surprised if I am up in the morning.
