Diario de R 2 R, 16 feb. 07

Bad bad day today, not for food but for energy levels. I just couldnt get any get up and go today I think I was having one of those poor me days where nothing made me happy and I just craved all day for bread. I guess it could be my monthly Im not really sure But I need to snap out of it fast. I have the tredmill now in my garage and I plan to use it every morning starting tommorrow. Well enough bad energy from me, hope you all have a great weekend......Poor sad sarah lol

Sarah if you're sad then you're sad, you don't have to justify it. Try for some sugar free snacks or even better try for some light exercise to get those endorphins levels up. Firstly though, don't give out to yourself! You're doing your very best.

Are you taking a B-12 vitamin? It will help big time. Esp. if you are on your . Don' t worry. I am right there with ya. Do you like green tea? A cup or two a day should pick up your energy levels. I am sorry you had a bad day. I know how you feel. This diet is not the same for everyone...esp. the men on it. Keep it up!
