Happy New Year. It is a challenge to keep up with my food journal right now. We are at Keith's in Virginia. I have been trying to eat good, however, I have had some sweets and treats. I will weigh myself tomorrow. I have missed getting my 10,000 steps a couple times this week, but I have managed to get in some activity every day.
