Well here I am again, after a 50 lb weight loss in the spring of 2012, I have regained 30 lb and feel awful. Drinking too much and not watching my carbs has resulted in a sad Philbury Dough boy body, bad skin, rashes and a feeling of despair. Last 6 months have been very stressful; son and daughter-in-law broke up, travelling and staying in hotels every week, reality of my age. So here I go again, day 1, focus on micronutrient balancing.
First week will be the toughest, first goal is to make it for 30 days without more than 3 cheat meals, and absolutely no alcohol.
