In the past one year, because of Covid AND having surgery, i've gained 15 lbs. I can't believe it and i feel so fat!! It's been 6 weeks since surgery though and I want to get back into shape and lose the weight. My goal weight is 140.

you got this! such a great community on here to support you. we all just keep at it, right? ☺️and then boom the magic just happens and everything starts "clicking" with our efforts and the scale starts moving in the direction we want! 😁
