It is amazing how different I feel with a purpose in mind. Thinking about the food that will be donated when I lose the weight has changed the focus and I feel energized. My walks with my dog are more productive because I make it more brisk! yesterday I did a brisk 20 min walk with my dog and a 20 min high intensity work out. And I did it with a focus instead of..."when is this going to be over with " Today is a new day and I have already taken the dog for a 20 min brisk walk and I look forward to the day!
