I have been doing horrible regarding my food journal the last few days. I am fairly regular in what I eat right now. I think I have been within my guidelines. AIP is seriously hard. I am still in the elimination phase and I do feel better. I still hurt and have very severe fatigue. I am not sure what it is that is causing my inflammation, but I was hoping AIP would get me to a better place. I do feel better, I do. I guess I need to readjust my expectations. I am back on track today with my food journal and will try hard to keep up with it. I have one more week until I start adding foods back. We shall see what happens.
