I squeezed in 20 minutes on the recumbent bike yesterday - Christmas Day. I did not go overboard with eating, however, I did eat more than I usually do. I tried to savor the taste of everything I ate, took my time eating too. Today, I walked 4 miles on the treadmill and did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. When I went shopping, I parked far away so I could get in extra steps. I journaled all my food today and ate on the VERY low side of calories. Tomorrow, I will weigh in.
