Hi Virtue... I am still in the 25th day of December but soon will catch up to you and will post my 26th journal. Bottom line you just posted the simple rules of the weight loss game... no magic pills just simple math. Calories in vs. calories burned. We are definitley going to have ourselves a Healthy, Prosperous 2011 with positive attitudes such as ours! TOWANDA!!!!!!

Hi Lisa, When i see profiles like yours & militaryman i feel to matchup with you. I am very positive in loosing weight and when there is a will there is a way. I think its the Will, I have done it before when i Quit Smoking & now i am taking another challenge of loosing 25 Kgs in 6 months time. These positive comments always remind us not to go for Junk food & eat healthy and do exercise regularly.
I love to go in front of mirrors these days! TOWANDA!!!!!!

I also quit smoking....started when I was 14 and smoked until I was 35. I am very proud as it was hard but I did it. There is a payoff for every choice we make...by eating junk food and candy we get payoff which is instant gratification and when we choose healthy food we get payoff in the mirror and in our energy...The choice is ours! TOWANDA!!!!!!
