I feel better than I have in several years. The low sodium has been the key to keeping me on track. After trying fat grams, protein, carbs, calories and everything else, it's the focusing on the low sodium that has worked! I never, ever would have guessed that this could become a lifestyle and one that I even like! I actually look forward to my meals now.
