Started my day with Weights for 15 minutes and breakfast was Herbal shake, Banana & Herbal Tea
Will have a nice lunch & Exercise in the evening.
I want to make it 94 by saturday morning
It was a wonderful evening starting with 30 mins of brisk walking, 15 mins of jogging & 15 mins of stretching exercise. I was doing treadmill for couple of days and yesterday we went out for jog.
