Diario de tinabell_777, 05 ene. 09

Today was an okay day for me. I worked from 3pm-11pm last night and had to be back at work at 7am this morning. Add to that the fact that I hate sleeping on hotel room pillows and you get a pretty sleepless night for me!

I did okay with my eating plan. I ate a pretty good breakfast and a decent dinner however I did skip lunch. I haven't had time to prepare anything to take with me but at least I didn't get fast food!

For my exercises I barely made it through my 20 minute walk. I did it more to say that I did more than to lose weight. I was so tired that my heart wasn't in it. Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow :)

I'm exhausted so it's off to bed for me. Talk to you guys tomorrow!! :)

Why are you sleeping on hotel room pillows? Are you working out of town? I didn't quite follow that detail. Hang in there! Get as much of that required rest as possible! Hang tough Sarge! See? I am "participating" just as we are supposed to during "Boot Camp."

thanks for the support guys....to answer your question Cobra Fan, I actually work in a hotel and usually when I have to to turn-over shifts like that I just stay in the hotel so I don't have to drive home and drive back in 8 hours. Supposedly it's supposed to help me get more sleep but it never works! lol
