Today I planned for the dinner I was going to have to celebrate Jackson's 15th birthday. We went to Wasabi (Japanese cook at your table) restaurant. I ate a normal breakfast. Went for a 4+ mile walk and ate a Fiber One protein bar for lunch. Drank a lot of water all day. At Wasabi I ordered Hibachi Vegetable. Ate about half the meal and had a sliver of birthday cake minus the icing. Good feeling to be in control.
