I've been keeping things going pretty well lately, and even with the inevitable bout of partying thrown in, I'm feeling my jeans get looser and my knees sighing in relief. This being over 300 lbs has GOT TO GO. I'm going to kill during the holidays - nobody will believe how good I'm going to be! Off to a great start already, and this is so easy with my Droid app and FS. All I need is to add in exercise, which I am starting in the new year, to boost my losing.

Actually I was thinking about how lucky I am that my calorie goal for every day is so dang high because I'm 6' tall - I'd hate to be 5' and barely able eat anything! As it is, FS recommends I eat 2700 calories a day to lose a pound a week, but I am trying to stick to around 2000. I know I'll have to cut back more as I drop weight, but that's fine with me - I think I'll start feeling the benefits and won't even care about the food.
