Try not to get too discouraged... this time of year is such a challenge! But you can do this..
I briefly looked over your food diary and ...although I am not an expert... I have to tell you... the Atkins bars OFTEN cause me to stall. They are great in a craving pinch...but I have found that I will only eat them when craving...and when I do... I only eat a third or half the bar...and when I do that...it doesn't seem to stall my loss. Hope that helps. PLEASE do not hesitate to msg me... it sure helps to have a buddy! All the best! -steve
