Diario de squigglywiggly, 15 dic. 10

Wow I actually lost some weight! Finally! Too tired to get excited much over it, been sleeping really really badly lately, every tiny movement hubby makes wakes me up and I am getting seriously moody and overtired. Not good for us as a couple and not good for me healthwise. I got 3 hours sleep last night and have cried most of this morning.

I dunno if it is perimenopause (I am 40) or elongated PMS (no TOM for months now) or post quake trauma thingy. All I know is I am going crazy with the lack of sleep.

Anyone got any ideas? I am desperate!

Funny how many journals we write that are almost the same! Lol I fall down the stairs and then you copy me! I can't sleep so you can't! Do I have a twin sister I don't know about? Lol

I can't remember falling down any stairs, think you might have me confused with someone else on here LOL. I have only fallen over twice in well over 10 years...
