The normal calorie intake for a woman is 1200-1500 at least that's what my doctor said but I try to stay at 1200 sometimes I do go over but that's ok you don't have to starve to lose weight with the support here it makes it easier knowing you are not alone just do the best you can that's all you can do I been battling this weight loss thing since the 8th grade and had little success until I joined FS it helps you stay on track sometimes I go astray but not often you can do it don't doubt yourself and believe in you and you will make it be blessed 😊✌️
