The Turtle

In Asia, the turtle is considered a most exceptional & auspicious creature. The turtle lives for a long time, has many experiences & thus grows very wise. Wherever he goes, he carries his home on his back. And so, he is never lacking & always keeps "Enough Mind".

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought.
The mind is everything. What we think we become.”

Hindu Prince Gautama Siddharta, the founder of Buddhism, 563-483 B.C.

Continuous Improvement

Kaizen: Continuous improvement – you can pick an event at the end of the day and do a re-do by imagining an event in your day and then replaying that moment in your mind and doing what you wish you had done.

Make changes in small, tiny changes like a baby learning to walk – they don’t get discouraged b/c they don’t know what the emotion/feeling/response is! Especially when they’re encouraged (by their adult friends).
