Diario de John10251, 16 oct. 20

Yesterday I missed eating lunch and eating a snack to meet my protein goal. Some days are like that. No body is perfect. The best we can do is be perfectly imperfect. It's raining today and raining pretty hard off and on. I don't think my Grandson and I will get our walk in today. I may have to visit the mall. Yesterday I ate under goal, barely missed my protein goal but did meet all activity goals. BF up 0.1% / BW unchanged...
